I'd really like to attack my boss' (or anyone else's) website, but what if he finds out it's me?! Could he sue me?

As long as you don't send the address of your attack to anybody, it remains completely private, secret, hidden . YOU view it on YOUR P.C.

If you send the URL of your disaster to friends, your boss won't know - unless, of course, one of your friends decides (on his own responsibility) to forward this address to your boss.

So, be careful when you decide to make a disaster public: you do it at your own risk. Be sensible, and make sure the disasters you make public won't hurt anybody's feelings. Think carefully before making bad-taste disasters public.
