FAQ

Why didn't you fight back against eBay?

Fighting against internet giants looks like an awful waste of time to me (potentially, of money too). That's why I've decided to spend as much time as I can (which is not that much, unfortunately) working on an offline / desktop version of Netdisaster instead.

Besides, based on the first phishing case (with Yahoo!), they also mentioned the copyright and brand regulations as part of their complaint (Netdisaster is obviously not supposed to display copyrighted material and add its own stuff to it – although it's not permanent, although it's harmless, although users freely choose what site they target...). So in the end, there will always be something that some big company will dislike, and I don't want to fight endlessly. I've started Netdisaster for users' fun, but for mine too!
